Hey! Iâm Carly Grundmann
Life used to look a lot different for me. Back in 2011, I was hustling in corporate sale, marketing, and PR while passively investing in real estate the âtraditionalâ wayâputting 30% down, going to the bank, and earning a few hundred bucks in cash flow (BORING). I thought that was just how it worked. But three years ago, everything changed.
I went all in on real estate and discovered a better way. Using a strategy called Subject To, (Shout out to my Homie, Pace Morby âđť) I bought my first house with a 2.35% interest rateâno credit, no bank. That house? Itâs where my family and I live today⌠and weâre outgrowing it and getting our next house the same way!
From there, I was hooked. I quit corporate life, built a portfolio of creatively financed properties, launched my RV rental business (Wander Wheels RV, where I got paid $10,000 to buy one RV!), and co-founded Opal Equity, a multifamily fund helping professionals build wealth through guided investments.
