The Deal Room is the fast lane to getting paid. I’ve taken the Stacked for Success training and supercharged it with real buyers and skip-traced lead lists—you call, we underwrite, we close, you get paid. Every deal lives here, with full access to calls, communication, and underwriting from start to finish.
One on One Consulting
I love a one-to-many setup—that’s why I created Office Hours, so everyone can learn from each other. But if Office Hours isn’t your thing and you’d rather get one-on-one consulting, I’ve got you covered. Stacked For Success
Stacked for Success is a free live training that shows you how to spot on-market deals, what to say, and how to talk to agents and sellers with confidence. When you find someone interested, just hand it off to me and the BAE team. We’ll close it, assign it, and pay YOU.
Contract Concierge
You know those vetted buyers we shop deals to in the Deal Room? You could be one—we’ll act as your Contract Concierge. We don’t assign seller finance or Subto contracts to just anyone. Every buyer goes through quick due diligence to make sure you’re not a default risk and that you’ve got experience (or a solid partner who does).
